Cancellation Policy

PPC Company Booking Policy 1. Appointments & Scheduling All meetings (strategy calls, onboarding sessions, reviews, or consultations) must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or confirmed in writing. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the client. 2. Payment & Deposits Paid services must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing PPC management, monthly fees are billed in advance. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking. 3. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the session fee. Monthly management fees are non-refundable once work for the billing period has begun. 4. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling or short-notice changes may result in loss of the booking without refund. 5. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled meeting without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may require prepayment for future bookings. 6. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late, the meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at our discretion. 7. Scope of Meetings Meetings are limited to the agreed-upon scope (e.g., account review, strategy, onboarding). Additional work or extended time may require a separate booking or additional fees. 8. Communication All booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations must be made via email or the official booking platform. Verbal changes are not considered valid unless confirmed in writing. 9. Holidays & Availability We do not guarantee availability on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal business hours unless agreed in advance. 10. Policy Acceptance By booking a meeting or purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this booking policy.
